Oil Massage: Massage your heels and head thoroughly with Brahmi oil. By doing this, the cerebral
neuron receptor under your skin will send a message to your brain cells so as to activate
your memory. Carrots: Kerotene is found in carrots which is specifically good for memory.
Drinking carrot or beetroot juice will increase blood flow in your body which in turn will
enhance your memory. Medhya Herbs: Medhya itself means that which enhances your memory.
Basically, there are 4 types of herbs under this category- Mix anyone of these or all
4 in equal proportions and add 1 tsp in 1 cup of hot water and leave it for 10 minutes.
Consume it on an empty stomach in the morning or evening for atleast 1 month. Brahmi Milk:
Mix 1/2 tsp brahmi in 1 cup of hot milk and drink it before bedtime. This will improve
your memory. If you want to increase its benefits, then add saffron to it. Both these herbs are
meant to improve memory. You can use either of these herbs which are available in the
market. This is a kind of a memory tonic which enhances your blood circulation. If you feel
that you are having a serious memory problem, then you should work on it seriously as its
extreme form is Alzheimers Disease in which you tend to forget even your family and friends.
