www.paulramsay.com Take both your hands, put them on top of your head. Both hands on top of your head. Now I’m going to say on your mark, get set, go. When I do you press down on top of your head, one ounce of pressure, that’s all it takes. One tiny little ounce of pressure.
We’ll send that energy down your spine. The energy will shoot out your tailbone and
put your butt back in place where it needs to be. One of the great things about my job is that there
are so many different ways that it allows me to work with people and to
help people and so some weeks I may meet with someone wants
to lose weight and other weeks I may just meet with someone who wants to stop chewing their fingernails.
Oddly enough sometimes the person who stops chewing their fingernails is a sort of a more dramatic story.
I mean for a person who’s been chewing their fingernails for fifteen or twenty
years to be able to finally go get a manicure for the first time is a really special thing for them and I
love getting emails from people who say those kind of things like, “I’m going to
manicure, I’m so excited thank you so much.” Sometimes, even when I’m doing my
stage show…On your mark, get set, go. There you go. Now you check and you’ll be fine. It’s nice right, it’s good.
“My booty is back!” Yes, your booty is back. Even though I’m there as an
entertainer and I’m trying to have fun with everyone, sometimes interesting
little things come out of that experience. So that’s one of the things that’s
really rewarding about my job is I really get to live in both sides of it.
I get to have fun with people, I get to help people create positive changes
and make their life better, increase their wellness, or just
sometimes give them more confidence but that’s really what I really love
about my job. ((Music Playing)) Produced by Huddle Productions
