How can a diabetic patient will eat this. But let me tell you ,even after a sweet fruit the sugar content in it is actually very low. A cup of papaya contains only 1.83 sugar. And the phytonutrients & vitamins in it for diabetes patient. Actually when diabetes happens then it come along with some another diseases as well. just like heart disease. So if you will consume papaya then the possibilities of heart disease in diabetes patient become very -very low. So, you can eat 1 cup of papaya if you have problem of sugar. Let me tell you one more thing, its often seen that problem of sugar is hereditary If parents are diabetic then kids also suffer from diabetes. For prevention from this problem, what you have to do .if you will regularly consume papaya so, if you are not diabetic & if you regularly consuming papaya then the possibilities of diabetic become very low So, to prevent yourself from diabetes , keep consuming papaya. Consume normally. Now a days it use to available in season but now a days its available 365 days in a year So,1 Cup papaya daily. anyhow you consume 1 cup of papaya throughout in a day. And cure yourself form diabetes. along with this Papaya contains lots of Vitamin A in it Papaya contains zeaxanthan,ciptoxathan, gluten & beta keratin . These all are flavonoids, when they get get combined then they save the eyesight to be getting weaker. What actually happen with your growing age, your eyesight becomes week actually.
