your first, your first step. But also, when you have poor nutrition this leads to poor
immune system. So, how can you boost your immune system? Very simple; Echinacea, zinc,
and vitamin C all will help boost your immune system, and lucky for you they come on the
market in packages of teas. All you need to do; you can drink your tea hot or cold, whichever
you prefer. And that will help boost your immune system. Now, if you have acute inflammation
of your gums one thing you can do as well as, in addition to drinking your tea; use
your teabag and put it right where the infection is. Leave it there for about fifteen minutes,
and then, that can help you ease the pain more easily as well. And if all fails, of
