excess of fat cells in the blood there are two types of cholesterol LDL cholesterol which is the bad cholesterol and HDL cholesterol which is the good cholesterol though cholesterol results from the intake of fatty foods cakes and pastries it is often hereditary so how does one tackle high cholesterol levels first you need to flush out all the toxins from your body so have about two liters of water daily take one tablespoon of coriander seeds
and crush them coarsely and make a mixture like this take about 1 table spoon of this powder mix this in water and have this daily take a slice of onion and squeeze the
juice out of it like this now take a little bit of this onion
juice and you can add it to water or buttermilk add a generous pinch of black pepper powder mix this well and have this every morning for best results raw garlic is proven to be beneficial for controlling cholesterol levels so have about two to three cloves of garlic everyday take a bowl and add about 2 tablespoons
of oats add some water to this mix it and now you need to cook this for about one or two minutes now that it’s cooked added back to the bowl now add about 2 chopped walnuts and a few chopped dates and add about five pepper corns mix this add some low-fat milk to it and now you have to cook this for about one or two minutes once it’s cooked transfer it to
