Dry grind a mixture of six teaspoons of dried ginger, six teaspoons of caraway seed powder,
and three teaspoons of black pepper powder. Take a ½ teaspoon of this mixture with water
three times a day. If you put ginger oil on the hurt area all
the time, it can help ease pain, swelling, and stiffness. Massage
A great way to get rid of the pain and swelling from arthritis is by massaging the area with
mustard oil. This oil works as a natural cream and helps with blood flow. Turmeric
If you take turmeric all the time it can help bring down swelling. This is because it has
curcumin, which stops swelling. It is very good for treating rheumatoid arthritis.
You can take 500 mg to 1,000 mg turmeric capsules three times a day.
You can also drink fresh turmeric juice, or a glass of warm milk mixed with one teaspoon
of turmeric powder every day before bed. Epsom Salt
Epsom salt, which is full of magnesium, helps even out the acid levels in the body. This
is important because some inflammatory diseases like arthritis are caused by too much acid
in the body. Mix even amounts of Epsom salt and lemon juice
in half a cup of warm water. Drink one teaspoon of the mixture two times a day, one in the
morning and one at night. You can also add one cup of Epsom salt to
warm bath water and soak in it. Cinnamon

area. Fish Oil

Eat one to two teaspoons of fish oil every day.
Taking fish oil supplements in the morning when your stomach is empty will help ease
morning stiffness. Together with supplements, you should eat
cold-water fish and other natural foods like flax seeds that have a lot of omega-3 fatty
acids. Alfalfa
Alfalfa can also help people with arthritis, because it is full of minerals and helps even
out acid levels in the body. You can make a healthy cup of tea using alfalfa
seeds. Add ½ or one teaspoon of alfalfa seeds to a cup of boiling water. Let it boil for
20 to 30 minutes with a cover on and then drain it. Drink the tea two times a day for
two to three weeks to bring down swelling. Cherries
Because cherries have a lot of magnesium and potassium, they are very good for people with
arthritis. Magnesium naturally soothes pain, and potassium brings down swelling. Borage
Borage seed oil can lessen swelling and ease some signs of arthritis.
Massage borage seed oil on the hurt area all the time to help heal tender and swollen joints. Any of these cures can help people who suffer
from arthritis. But they should also make sure to keep moving all the time to keep them
in good health. If you like the video, give it a thumbs†up

  1. Good video I do not have arthritis but I have this creaking sound on my left knee for over twenty years after apparently twisting it during an exercising routine when I was a teenager and that's a long time ago. it hurts when I bend and it sounds like can old hinge on a door. Is there anything you could recommend for this condition? there is no swelling or redness just the pain and creaking. thanks for your response.

  2. I was diagnosed with arthritis 20 years ago. I tried the apple cider vinegar, fish oil and condroiten to no avail. Then I learned about shark cartilage when I had whip lash from an auto accident. It works extremely well at getting rid of pain and restoring range of motion and reducing swelling. Beware of fish oil, It is a natural blood thinner and caused/contributed to bleeding inside my eye and neaarly loosing my eyesight in that eye.

  3. for apple cider really to work one needs to drink 3 to 4 times a day ,,,and mostly more than one teaspoon in glass of water,,,second better to take turmeric with coconut milk or oil and not normal milk,,,,
