HOW TO GET RID OF PHLEGM (MUCUS) IN THROAT Naturally


Hello and welcome. Phelgm or mucus can be
triggered by simple allergies, dust, allergies or bacterial or viral infections. Don’t you
worry, we have some simple remedies that you can try at home. Take a glass of warm water.
Add one teaspoon of salt to it, mix this well and gargle with this water for 4 to 5 times
a day. Take a cup of warm water add 2 table spoons of lemon juice to it and then add a
tea spoon of honey. Mix this well and drink it 3 to 4 times a
day. Take cup of boiling water add 1 teaspoon of freshly cut ginger pieces to it and cover
this with a lid and let it stay for about 5 mins. Later strain the solution, add 1 teaspoon
