  1. Thank you for this video! I am going in to my very first therapy session later this week, after years and years of struggling with my mental health. I am nervous and anxious about it, but I'm intent on getting the most out of my sessions as I can. I'm tired of not working to better myself! And your videos have relieved some of my anxiety, and made me even more sure of my decision to get help. Thanks Kati!

  2. The connecting part is already… well… hard to achieve. The two people in my life who I consider my best friends, my boyfriend and a good friend from uni, both have neurodivergent traits, that's part of why I so easily connect with them.

  3. If you don't really know what you are struggling with treatment plans can also backfire as you end up working on things that are nog essentially importang though.
