How to Give Ayurvedic Massage : Pressure Points in the Leg in Ayurvedic Massage

Before starting the massage on the front leg,
let me tell you the pressure points of the front leg. This is L1, which is balancing
plasma and water metabolism of the body. So when people are suffering from obesity or
during the pregnancy when you have the swollen legs, this massage definitely helps that. This is
L3 for pancreas and kidneys. In the middle of the muscle, L4, which is for the digestion
and this too, L5 and L6. It controls the protein level of the body. Because there nerves in
the feet which come from the brain, it also helps to relieve anxiety and stress. All the points we have to do for 8 to 10 seconds.
If the points are painful, we have to reduce the pressure. So these other pressure points
on the leg.

  1. Ok…I agree that he does a good job but I only have one question in all of these videos. He is claiming these pressure points affect all these different areas of the body as fact but where is the proof? It is not as if you can cure someone of psorosis by massaging their liver. I wouldn't have a problem as long as he said 'it would seem' that these pressure points are as he says. Not stating them as absolute fact.

  2. Perfect example…massaging the outside of the foot controls protein levels? That not only does not stand up scientifically but just doesn't make common sense.

  3. the subtitles are annoying, i cant see what he is doing, can you remove the subtitles or move them so the video is visible.

  4. mby he killed the person he is massaging and needs to get rid of the body without gettin blood on him
