  3. I don't know if this is the same thing but I watched Boris do cupping on his back massage show at 5:10 he shows cupping…..is cupping for a Ayurvedic massage different?

    I am trying to find out the differences for the best kind of massage for me. I don't really like the pressure he puts on the spine…is that normal or do you have to ask them to not do that??

  4. @supaslim you are wrong thats a stupid swedish massage rule. Ever heard or acupressure? Massaging the spine is actually great for you. geez >.<

  5. the first movement I knw it as the hand on hand technique and cupping is more like a slapping technique I guess what I do is totally different
