Hi, I’m Larisa from Sadhana Yoga and Ayurveda! And today I’ll show you how to apply our face moisturizing oil. I’ll be using Vata or oil for dry skin. So, what you need are several drops of the oil. I’m just putting them on my palm. It depends on the dryness of your skin if you need more or less. And first what I do, I just apply evenly the nicely smelling oil across my face. And also you can put some oil on your neck. And now we’ll do a natural face lift and Ayurvedic massage. Which goes very well with this oil. So we’ll start on this point and just move slowly towards your ears and temples, pressing on your temples. Now, second line, again starting here, with some pressure going along the bones,
finishing the same on the temples. Now, little circles here and again to the temples. Now two fingers pressing on the center and smoothly again going around the bones. Right here. And now just to get out bad energy! And now two fingers again pressing here going along the bones to the temples, pressing here. And now right here. Again, you’re always following the edges of the bones of your face. And… eye sockets. Finishing at the same spot on your temples. And now your third eye. Alright, shake! Again, third eye going up and along your hairline. Again finishing on the temples,
pressing, massaging here. Shake. And finishing with this nice circle movement. You can repeat each movement 2 or 3 times And this is basically it, you’re ready for your day!
