  1. Ure brain make melotanine when sun up and down.. Drugs make that go away dont use sleep drugs. If u do stop it slow. Build it off.. U wil get ure sleep back

  3. follow up. i did this last night and it worked great! i drank the tea about 45 minutes before i went to bed and by the time i got into bed i was soooo sleepy. i fell asleep fast and stayed asleep and had great dreams and i feel really good this morning. yaaay!

  12. Lies stevia does raise your glucose levels!!! However bananas are the highest known food on the glycemic scale. Just like taking a teaspoon of honey your blood sugars rise and your body produces saratonin to counteract the high glucose reading and makes you sleepy. This will make you sleepy but Don't think stevia doesn't raise your blood sugars levels. It's almost 1000x higher than sugar on the glycemic scale. It will make you store fat!

  20. OMG! the same recipe was given to me by my Gym trainer 2 years a go, but i didn't listen to him & bought zolpidem instead, for all people who have insomnia do not buy Zolpidem it will not give you deep restful sleep & you will become more like zombie. Try this Banana & cinnamon thing.

  22. Don't waste the banana by boiling it. You get the same results with just the peels . It takes longer than ten minutes to make this but after you've tried it if it works for you you can make a batch of it and keep it in the fridge instead of having to do it one at a time every night.

  23. I believe, when I read about banana when I was reading about plantain banana, I microwave one before bed and I half with my husband and we get to sleep as soon as we finished it.

  24. Peel and chop banana into a dish. Sprinkle with Cinnamon. Nuke in microwave till hot and soft. pour on some custard. Job done!!! Much easier and nicer than the resulting tea.
