remedies to try at home. Remedy 1: Add 1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast to a little plain yogurt, and eat once per
day. Nutritional yeast is rich in natural B Vitamins. These help to relax feelings of stress and
restlessness, by calming the body. Remedy 2: Take 2 capsules of Krill Oil per day. This is one of the best natural and stable
sources of omega 3. Omega 3 is essential for boosting brain health. It helps the mind to focus, clear brain fog
and produce brain cells. Remedy 3: Eat 2 eggs for breakfast each day. Breakfast cereals and grains cause spikes
in blood sugar. This leaves you will feeling of stress and
nervousness throughout the day. Eating a protein rich breakfast keeps your

  1. I dont know what none of this stuff is and i have anxiety really bad i just got out of the hospital im really in need of something fast!!!!
