  1. if we are talking powdered turmeric, the different doses suggested by all the videos on youtube are confusing, some say l tablespoon in water, others half a teaspoon – thats very very different amounts

  4. eat tumeric powder for bkfst and dinner with coconut oil, onions, garlic, greens every day. Lost of 100# and hate eating processed foods and sugar now.

  5. tumeric with black pepper is best. cinnamon, honey, lemon juice drink in the morning. eat nuts not red meat for fat and protein, eggs. Lose a lot of fat and build muscle.

  9. I don't know how anyone else uses turmeric TEA or water nor what it has done to or for them. I have been using turmeric powder tea for about 3 months now. I have 3 different types of arthritis, Fibromyalgia, diabetes, borderline lupus and hypertension. Before I began using it, I was in constant PAIN, UNBELIEVABLE PAIN!!! Crying and praying all day and night; especially if rain was coming, which I could tell 2 or 3 days ahead of time. Since day one I haven't been in NO pain whatsoever that I tried the turmeric powder tea. I don't have to take the plethora of pain drugs I was taking before!!! I started with 2 cups a day and NOW I can skip a few days with no pain at all. I have more energy and better thinking ability. I don't know how long it will last, but for now I feel better than I have since 1998!!! I don't add any sweetener, just turmeric, cayenne, juice of one lemon, a tblsp of ACV and the liquid of my choice. I say that because once I used the leftover pot licka from some Mustard greens!!! sometimes I add a dash of cumin. IT works for me!!! And I've lost 20lbs. also!!! Just make SURE if you try it, don't make it TOO HOT. IT should be warm!!! Stir, sip, stir sip!!! CAYENNE worked better for me. ENJOY THE RELIEF FROM PAIN!!!

    Well this is my saviour:
    In 1cup boiling water add 1/4 tsp. turmeric
    1/4 cinnamon
    Small piece ginger
    Dash of black pepper
    Kook for2-3 min.
    Pour in a mug
    Edd 1tsp.honey
    2 tsp. lemon juice.
    For inflammation relief use it every night foe 2-3 months
    For weight loss after meals.
    For any other cleansing 2-3 times a week.
    Very important: any remedies you use, use them for 3 weeks, give your body one week break.
    Drink that week water and freshly squeezed juices.
    You won't regret.I didn't and still keep up well for the past 5 years.

  13. I put tumeric in my shakes coffee tea soups Meats I love it it helps with my achy bones so does ginger I didn't know how important spices was now I use all the spices I can I even have ginger gum and ginger candy

  19. If you use Turmeric, you need to activate it with black pepper. Was doing this with Cinnamon and honey too, but then found out that I can't do it, because turmeric subdues the effectiveness of antacid medicines. I take Omeprazole (unfortunately) so had to stop using turmeric.
