Ann Ann Look at your hand, look at the lines on your hand, just pick one spot on one line. You don’t need to say anything, just look at that spot and continue to look at that spot as I move that hand towards your forehead, that’s right I’m going to move that, just notice, don’t do anything conscious, just notice how that hand starts to drift all by itself without any conscious thought on your part. Yeah! There you go, and you can feel that moving now, that’s right. And notice now how that hand can just drift even quicker now towards your forehead without you even doing anything consciously, that’s right. I can feel my fingers! That’s right. Just allow that hand, that’s right, you can feel that now getting closer and closer Yeah. And as your eyes begin to change focus,
just close your eyes down now, just close your eyes down. Allow that hand to continue to float towards your forehead all by yourself as your unconscious now knows, when that hand touches your forehead, your hand will drop down by your side your head will drop down to your chest and you will just go into a wonderful feeling of relaxation That’s right, your legs will support you, your back will support you as that hand, that’s right, getting closer and closer and closer. All by itself, that’s right. Feel that now, already going through that relaxation. Oh! There you go, there you go, that’s right, that’s right. You don’t need to do a thing, that’s right. When that hand touches your head, your hand will just drop down by it’s side You head will drop down to your chest, your legs will support you, your back will support you You will remain standing, that’s right, that’s right, getting closer and closer. And your unconscious will know when the time is right to touch that head and allow you to go way down Even deeper still, that’s right. The deeper you go, the more relaxed you feel, the more relaxed you feel, the deeper you go. That’s right, there you go. Getting deeper now. As that hand touches your forehead, any moment now That’s right, and sleep now. Way down, way down, deeper, deeper, deeper relaxed The deeper you go, the more relaxed you feel, the more relaxed you feel, the deeper you go. Drifting sinking down, even deeper still and the deeper you go, the more relaxed you feel. That’s right You can hear all the sounds around you
and people walking past just helping to absorbing you into this wonderful feeling of relaxation as you go down even deeper still In a moment I’m going to count from 10 down to 1 and with every count I count just allow your unconscious mind to take you down even deeper still. So 10 going deeper now, 9 even deeper still, 8, 7, 6 so deep so relaxed, so wonderful in this wonderful feeling of relaxation you’re in now, Even deeper, even deeper. By the time I get to the number 1, your unconscious will take you to a place even I couldn’t take you to soon deep, so relaxed, so 3, and 2 and 1, wonderful now. In a moment I’m going to count from 1 to 3 and on the count of 3 you can open your eyes you can be back with us, but every time I say the word sleep or deeper sleep You can just close your eyes down, your head will drop down on to your chest and you will go down 10 times deeper still. Nod your head that you understand. So 1, 2 ,3 open your eyes. How’d that feel? Wow! Wasn’t that good! Wasn’t that trippy! Look at me. Sleep now, way down, way down, deeper, deeper, deeper relaxed. And 1, 2, 3 open your eyes. And Sleep, way down, deeper still. Deeper, deeper, deeper relaxed. In a moment I’m going to count form 1 to 3 on the count of 3 you’re going to open your eyes and be back with us. You’re going to feel so relaxed, so comfortable in this position your in now, it’s gonna feel like your feet are part of that carpet, your legs are stuck to the floor, they are going to feel like ten tonnes you will not be able to move your feet, the more you try, the more you try to move those feet try and move those feet, those feet are going to lock and stick to the floor, nod your head you understand. 1, 2, 3 open your eyes. How’s that feel? Feeling good? Yeah. Go ahead now and try and move your feet go ahead my try and move your feet really try, really try Call your friend over, call your friend over. It’s like when you see that movie in the big screen and you say I know that girl’s name I cannot say it,
that name has gone. Lock and stuck in the back of your mind, just for a moment just
for a time that will happen, locked and stuck. Nod your head you understand. your feet will only become free, only as quickly as that name sticks to the back of your mind. 1, 2, 3 open your eyes. you have this very irritating habit of correcting anyone that is not wearing a
hat totally correctly facing forward you will have this irritating habit of
correcting some and moving their hat for them. Nod your head that you understand, it’s a bit like an OCD just for a short time every time you see someone with a hat not on straight you will try and correct it. So feel that let that suggestion just sink in, let that suggestion just sink in. So 1, 2, 3, open your eyes. What’s your name? Your names back. Ann. Ann, of course it is. So, how’s it going Ann? but just as quickly as that thought that idea that suggest disappears, in a moment you’re
going to see a lovely little doll a lovely little monkey doll and you just
are compelled to do exactly what the monkey is doing nod you head that you understand, whatever the monkey does you will do. So 1, 2 , 3 , open your eyes. How’s it going? Good, have you seen my

In a moment I’m going to count from 1 to 5. On the count of 5 you will no longer follow what the
monkeys doing you will no longer have any OCDs you will remember your name
all hypnotic suggestions will disappear from you, but when you wake up you will feel
full of energy full of life full of invigoration you’ll have lots of fun for the
rest of the day and when you go to sleep tonight you will sleep soundly like you’ve had the
best sleep in your whole life. If you hear a fire alarms or hear anything that needs
your attention you will wake up and apart from that you will sleep soundly
and you will wake up feeling great like it’s best night’s sleep ever nod your
head that you understand so 1 feeling that feeling of hpynosis just
disappear from the tips of your toes 2 washing up through your knees, your stomach, you pelvis 3 take a deep breath in, let that energy wash all the way through
you, like a fresh mountain breeze, full of life full of energy 4 5 stretch and

  1. Wow, nice breakdown in the description. And a great video in general! She seemed a little tense first but after that she went wonderfully along with the process. Great work as always!
