The Best 5 Natural Remedies for Sagging Skin

The Best 5 Natural Remedies for Sagging Skin

Most people tend to not want to appear as
if they are growing older. However, the skin does not always work in
keeping up the appearance of youthfulness. A lack of nutrition or contact with too much
sunlight or toxins can cause the skin to begin to wrinkle and sag before its time. Some simple preventatives are to avoid staying
in the sun for too long or at least use sunscreen. Ensure that enough water is being consumed
over the course of the day. Dehydration breaks down the skins ability to stay smooth. Also use these simple 5 remedies to keep skin
smooth and healthy. 1. Egg whites Egg whites build up a layer of protection
on the skin called a ‘hydrolipid’, which protects the skin against germs and keep its elasticity.
For this you will need: – 2 egg whites – 1 tablespoon of natural yogurt
(natural or organic only since other yogurts have chemicals which can damage the skin). Beat and mix the egg whites with the yogurt
Clean skin where it is sagging or wrinkling and spread a thin layer over that area Allow
the mixture to sit for 30 minutes and then rinse Do not use this remedy more than 3 times
per week 2. Aloe Vera Aloe Vera is a plant that is used to reduce
wrinkles and signs of premature aging, while gradually removing scars and blemishes. For this remedy you will need: – 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel – 1 tablespoon
coconut oil – 1 tablespoon honey Mix all three ingredients together Once it
is smooth spread it over the face and leave sit for 20 minutes Use cold water to rinse
and repeat this every second day 3. Cucumber Cucumber has more than 90% water and has properties
that fight the effects of things that would damage the skin. Due to its high concentration
of water it is ideal for lowering extra fat and removing dead skin cells. For this remedy use: – ½ a fresh cucumber – 1 tablespoon of sour
cream (organic is best) Squeeze the juice from the cucumber into a
sieve and mix it with the sour cream Once you have a thick past spread it onto the face,
neck, and chest Leave it on for 15 minutes, then rinse using warm water Do this 2-3 times
per week 4. Honey Honey is high in minerals and vitamins, and
is a natural moisturizer that can be used on all skin types. Here is how you can use honey to moisturize
the skin: – 8 teaspoons of honey – Juice from ¼ of
a lemon – 2 tablespoons of olive oil Mix the honey, olive oil, and lemon juice
together in a bowl. Spread the mixture on the face and let it dry, then rinse with warm
water Use this every night for at least two weeks 5. Rose water Rose Water is used not only for preventing
the wrinkling and sagging of skin, it is also good for getting rid of blackheads or dead
skin cells. For this recipe use: – ¼ cup of rose water – 1 teaspoon of lemon
juice – 1 tablespoon of witch hazel Pour all of the ingredients into a container
with a lid, close the lid and shake it to mix Using a cotton ball pat the mixture onto
the face and chest every morning You can use this remedy daily. All of these remedies work well for treating
the skin, and even if signs of wrinkles, sagging, or premature aging are not yet showing, these
remedies can be used as a preventative measure. If you like the video, give it a thumbs up

  1. ok..lets tell the truth here..sun is a healer not killer..of course use common sence being in the sun…sunscreen is toxic..we have to have the sun for vit D which is a hormone.. this is bull ..

  2. Thanks for this video! I have seen other videos claiming egg whites to be dangerous on the face as there is risk of salmonella. Can you comment on this please?

  3. it is better to eat cucumber s and allovera. firm skin has to work from inside out as well. with all over a, scoop the gel but don't get at the the thin membrane next to outer covers. you won't die, but it could cause diarhea as it is a form of laxative.

  4. Coconut oil is amazing for when or if you have dry flaky skin on your elbows, apply before going to bed so it is on all night, do this every night and you will be amazed. I have arthritis in one knee so I made an infused coconut oil with comfrey leaf and applied it on my knee every night and now I have a highly polished glossy knee.

  5. There are many other ways to maintain the skin without the use eggs. When we are using eggs we are commiting a great abuse towards the chicken and more than that, we will be putting toxic elements in our body. Make your research and try to release good information. We have gone too far on telling lies. It's more than time to grow up.

  6. another thing is to stay away from sugars and white flours. they weight down the skin, and cause diabetes. what you eat shows up on your skin. the insulin diet and the ketosis diet also the wrinkle cure diet are very healthy.

  7. Hi! I'm 60 and surprisingly have no wrinkles in my 40s I still looked in my 20s, just good genes! I'm petite besides. The one thing I have started to notice is my neckline starting to sag because I've lost 30 lbs. what is good for that? I thought I would try the egg white mixture. I did not understand the woman's comment about abusing chickens by using the eggs. They are not fertilized eggs! Do you not eat eggs or chickens? If not, would that not then extend to all meats as abuse, I'm wondering? I'm assuming you are vegetarian which is fine. I just don't understand the egg abuse comment. Please elaborate because I am a pet lover I used to have pet ducks and eat their eggs! And as far as vitamin D and the sun, you only need an average of 15 minutes a day to get enough vitamin D. I'm fair but don't use sunscreen. I wear big sunglasses and 3/4 length sleeves in summer and yes I'm known for my hats. So I try to be safe and practical but not put chemicals on my skin! Thanks for sharing. I love your channel. I like using things all natural because I have an immune deficiency and a lot of products bother me! So thanks again sooo much and keep it coming!

  8. 1st Thank you. 🙂 Questions: 1.) I assume homemade raw milk kefir is an acceptable if not better substitute for yogurt, yes/no? 2.) Not that anyone would have the time, but, why don't you want to use the egg white remedy more than 3 times per week? Curious. 3.) What sunscreen is the healthiest for your skin, less or free of chemicals? Thanks for any advice you or anyone can give. 🙂 Happy Trails!

  9. Please send me more ads for a Waze for a 49-year-old with constant Acme to get rid of I do not want to use chemical sensitivity skin

  10. Actually… you should NEVER put lemon juice or any other citric acid on your face! It breaks down the natural skin barrier and can cause even more damage when under Sun rays. It can even cause blistering. You can find this fact on 5 Things to never put on your face.

  11. Honey , olive oil & coconut oil can increase hair growth on face ..beware if you have light hair on your face , these ingredients will increase it .

  12. Anti aging massages and exercises for the face with a mix of coconut oil and olive oil has made my face a lot more firmer and lifted. And eating salad, vegetables, berries and fat. Lots of water and green tea too 🙂 and get your vitamin D, you only need about 15 minutes in the sun with your arms and legs out, not to the point of burning though

  13. Some of the remedies commented on video for youthful skin is very wrong!!! Such as sunscreen lotion ! Which is toxic and bad bad for skin!
