Namaskar, I am Dr. Manaan Gandhi and today I will give you ayurvedic home remedies for indigestion many a times we eat out, overeat or have heavy food after long durations like fasts If we do this then there is a possibility that our food is not being properly digested Improperly digested food gives rise to many diseases there is a feeling of heaviness of stomach, gas, bloating, acidity, nausea, constipation, etc. This is known as “Aam” in ayurveda It is of utmost importance to treat this “Aam” To check wheather you have indigestion or not do these 2 things 1. Check your tongue. If it is not clear and pink but coated either white, yellow, blue or black, then you have indigestion 2.
