    The orange juice is highly acidic and might inflame the joint .

    How do I know that? Because I had a accident and hurt my hand. I was eating an orange and drinking oj and my hand was hurting. A friend of mine who's into natural medicine adviced me not to eat and drink oj. I stopped and the pain deminished.

I heard from someone who is an environmentalist dat turmeric is good for inflammation…so he recommended turmeric tablets…at d same time pineapple eaten after meals just 2 slices r enough to help digestion as well as good for controlling inflammation…so i believe d above remedy will work if taken for a longer period…am i right?

  14. I'm not sure about this video due to the acid in OJ.

    I have had 18 operations on my left knee due to a sports injury. My cartilage had gone.

    I had a rebuilt 3 years ago using stem cells from my thigh and hip to regrow the cartilage and a Lars acl ligament.

    I have also suffered from vitamin b12 and vitamin d deficiency.

    Recently, I was told that due to all the operations that I have had, I am now looking at a new knee. 🙁

    I am in constant chronic pain .

  15. Sorry but this drink did not work for me. If you suffer from high uric acid then pineapple and orange are a big no no. Uric acid is the reason why my knees are so sore.

    1) 2 small cups of diced pineapple , how many cups is a small cup?
    2) 1 glass of orange juice , how many ounces or cups is that ?
    3) 1 stick of cinnamon , is a cinnamon stick standardized or can they be of differentiating sizes ?

I was totally on board with you until you said oatmeal I can't stand oatmeal in its raw form or oatmeal cereal the only oatmeal cookies I will definitely have to try this though just because it's a natural remedy hopefully it can I just had knee surgery and it will definitely help the inflammation I hope
