  10. A doctor told me I could eat it raw half an hour before bed and it would still be OK and give the same benefit as eating in the morning on an empty stomach. I asked how he knew and he said he'd been doing it for almost twenty years and hadn't got ill once. So I have been doing it for almost a week now and wonder when I will start seeing the benefits and smelling of it.

  12. For as long as I can remember I have used LOTS of garlic in my cooking. For the past year, I have been eating 2 or more cloves of fresh garlic every day. As a witness to its benefits, my son has had bronchitis extremely bad for the last 3 weeks. Always before I would get it too. Thankfully, this winter I haven't so much as had a scratchy throat! I'm certain it's because I've been eating fresh garlic every day. If only my son had listened to mom, I don't think he'd be so sick now. I also eat fresh grated ginger and a teaspoon of turmeric, along with crushed black pepper, every day on a fresh fruit salad…delicious!

Please, any helpful advice will be greatly appreciated.
